General Conditions
- The complete amount will be paid when you’re given the keys, except for Christmas, Easter week and special holidays when the 100% of the payment will have to be done 15 days before the arrival date.
- The apartments should be left before 12:00 of the departure date.
- The keys will be given from 17:00.
- A deposit of 150€ in cash will be required for every apartment, this will be refunded if the apartment is in the shame shape as when entered and if there where no problems caused.
- In order to be refunded the deposit, the kitchen utils have to remain clean and in its place, towels, blankets and sheets folded and the apartment should not be a mess.
- The customer service telephone is available 24h / day, please call from 22:00 to 7:00 only for emergencies.
- No pets are allowed, neither other guests, otherways you will asked to leave the apartment with no refund of the deposit.
- The booking will be confirmed when we receive the payment via bank transfer or credit card for the 50% of the total cost.
- Arriving after 24:00 will have an extra cost of 10€ per hour late.
- The apartments have sheets, towels and kitchen utils.
- Cancellations: We will refund the reservation fee if you notify us 15 days before the arrival date. After 15 days before your arrival date there will no refund.
